We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use products with certified organic ingredients, Our cleaning specialists will be providing an organic cleaning by minimizing chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.  

We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

Those You Love: While we prioritize safety during our work, we advise that children stay clear of the areas where we are cleaning. While our organic cleaning is the safe option to your family and loved ones, we may use equipment and products that could pose a risk to them. We adore your pets, but kindly ensure that any anxious, stressed, or potentially threatening pets are securely taken care of. Please note that we do not clean animal cages, litter boxes, animal waste, human waste, urine, vomit, soiled clothing, or other similar biohazards.

We always try to clean your home using the same cleaning tech each time, unless due to sickness or other emergency, we are unable to do so. We want you to feel confident in our team members and they are eager to get to deliver a custom cleaning for your home as quickly as possible.

Our team members clean during the day from 8AM - 4PM - each home is assigned a time during the day for cleaning. Our team members do their very best to stick as closely to those start times as possible.

However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, or if our team members find they need to spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request.

If you require a definite starting time for our team members, our office would be more than happy to talk about possible solutions such as making your scheduled cleaning the first appointment of the day.

For optimal cleaning, it is recommended that the cleaning takes place when there are no occupants at home. However, if this is not feasible, please minimize any potential distractions to ensure uninterrupted work by our technicians. We suggest scheduling the cleaning on a day when there will be fewer people at home.

Prior to our arrival, there is no need for you to worry about cleaning. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to tidy up and remove any clutter. This will enable us to concentrate on delivering meticulous and top-notch cleaning services for you.

For your convenience,  our cleaning specialists we'll furnish all necessary products and equipment. However, if you prefer not to opt for our organic cleaning solutions, we are more than happy to accommodate your request and use any product you provide. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If for some reason you must cancel or skip your cleaning, we require 24 hour notice so we can make the appropriate changes to our staff’s schedule. If we are unable to gain access to your home through no fault of ours, a 50%  cancellation fee will be applied to cover our costs.

 Simply leave a check or cash in a designated area, such as kitchen counter, each time our cleaning specialists goes to your home, or make arrangements with the office to be billed monthly. Alternatively, you can pay with your Visa, Master or Discover card through our client portal. 

Tips are never expected, but are greatly appreciated, and are accepted. Most clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each cleaning, but some prefer to provide a large tip at the end of the year. While we are happy to accommodate your preferences, please be aware that we do not use Pledge, Bleach, and CLR. Instead, we rely on products like Green World and Green Earth.
